You have looked after my little place for 7 years now and I have never had any problems and have always been 100% happy with your service. Your property managers 'think' like they are the owner, and often make suggestions to me which save me money in the long term. My tenants also feel they get a good service from the property manager, and helps to keep the turnover of tenants low. The service providers (gardener, electrician etc) have all been excellent and far cheaper than I could've arranged myself. I have another property in another city which is managed - there is no comparison on the level of service!

I have been with you for a long, long time (21 years), and reading about your successes in your last newsletter makes me happy indeed. So, from a very personal viewpoint, thanks for providing such excellent service over the years, and my congratulations!
June and I are blown away with the level of service you and your Staff have provided to us and obviously this all when all of you have been affected in relation to your own properties along with family members.
No need to reply but just to let you know the very high level of professional service you have assured to have been in place for your clients is something which, unfortunately, is so often in these days not available. Nigel and his team have managed our home for more than six years. We have found them to be attentive to our needs and that of our tenants. The Christchurch earthquake brought home to us the need for great management, we totally trusted what the team did for us and ensuring our tenants were safe and the home was habitable. As Property Managers ourselves we are probably their worst clients. We are pleased this property is with Harcourts Accommodation Centre, we wouldn't place it anywhere else.
