Our role is to ensure that the Property Owner keeps the property in reasonable condition - to ensure that repairs and maintenance are done promptly and to a good standard; and to make periodic recommendations to improve the condition of the property. All requests for repairs must be in writing, and must be advised as soon as possible.
In order for a repair to be attended to, please either complete and submit this form, or fill in a similar paper one included with your tenancy information folder. Either a representative from our office, the owner, or our tradesperson will be in contact with you.
In the case of emergency repairs (eg. a burst water pipe) please telephone our office (03 377 0400), but follow-up the call with this form below.
Unless I/We have specified alternate arrangements above, in submitting this repair/maintenance request I/We hereby authorise your office, and/or the repairers, to enter the property with the keys in order to carry out the repair or to view the repair.
